The ECEC is open five (5) days per week from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  The ECEC operates around the UC Merced Campus calendar, observing many of the same closures the ECEC observes. 

2012-2013 Program Year Calendar

*****Correction the 2012-2013 Calendar - we will be closed to observe the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday on Monday, January 21, 2013 and will be open on Monday, January 14, 2013.*****

2013-2014 Program Year Calendar

 The Snack Menu will be posted monthly with the menu items scheduled for both the morning snack and the afternoon snack for those children eating table foods. 

First Friday, with services offered for children from 8:30-4:30 on these dates, allow for staff meeting/training time on a regular basis.  First Fridays are not on months with other training half day closures (Spring Break Week), full day training closures (August) or finals (December and May).  The only change for this 2012-2013 Program Year Calendar is the August full day training closures are during the first Wednesday - Friday in August.  This change was prompted by the changes in the summer sessions.  The proposed changes were brought before the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) and finalized by the Advisory Council.
