Congratulations on your acceptance into the UC Merced Early Childhood Education Center! The following forms are required to be submitted prior to your child's first day at school during your Orientation appointment. They are accessible here for you to complete prior to the Orientation. Please call us to set up your Orientation appointment. During your Orientation we review all the paperwork to ensure it is complete, introduce policies, to answer any questions and to allow you time to meet your child’s teacher. Please allow for between 1-2 hours for your Orientation.
If you have any questions regarding any of the forms, please feel free to contact the ECEC.
Please do not fill these forms out until you receive notification from the ECEC staff that you have been accepted into the program.
